At Wildform we offer a full suite of garden design and landscaping services, from concept through to construction. Once completed we’ll keep in touch, maintain your garden or create schedules for you to confidently maintain it yourself.

Process

  • Every project begins with an on-site consultation. We take time to understand your needs, the feel you want to create, and the opportunities of your site — including its broader context and existing conditions. This is where ideas start to take root. Following the initial consultation, we prepare a Landscape Fee Proposal outlining the project brief and scope of works. A fee of $395 applies for this preliminary consultation.

  • We develop a tailored landscape design plan that showing the layout of key garden elements such as planting zones, paths, seating areas, level changes and structures. We include supporting imagery and plant inspiration help you visualise the garden’s look and feel.

  • For clients moving into construction, we prepare a detailed landscape documentation package, including:

    • Scaled and dimensioned plans

    • Construction details

    • Planting plans (with species, quantities, and spacing)

    • Lighting and irrigation (if required)

    • Materials and finishes schedules

    This package ensures your garden can be accurately priced and built to specification.

Wildform are a team of qualified and experienced landscapers but great landscaping is more than just paving, planting, and building. With years of hands-on experience, we’re skilled at managing the complexities of every project. From navigating logistics to working closely with trusted suppliers and subcontractors, we bring together all the moving parts to deliver a seamless result.

Once the design is finalised and all elements are confirmed, we prepare a detailed quote that clearly outlines every aspect of the project.

We are registered building practitioners with the Building and Plumbing Commission, authorised to construct decks, pergolas, and retaining walls over 1 metre high. These projects require building permits and must be completed by a registered practitioner. We are also proud to be recognised as Master Landscapers by Landscaping Victoria, reflecting our commitment to excellence and industry best practice.
